Board of Directors
The mandate of Projet Suivi Communautaire’s Board of Directors is to administer the affairs of the corporation, and to perform any other action that the law permits.
The Board of Directors is made up of seven members (participating and community members). A balance would be desirable between the number of members representing these 2 categories.
In addition, the coordinator and employee representative are automatically invited to all board meetings.
All the members of the board of directors follow the orientations, the mission, the philosophy, the approach, as well as the ethical guidelines of the corporation.
